EzyChart 5, EzyAnalyser 5 and EzyManager 5 have not been updated since 2010 and are now superseded. JustData ceased support for this software on the 1-Jan-2021.

EZYMANAGER 5 CRYSTAL FILES

The EzyManager 5 Crystal Files utility is not a stand-alone product. It is only applicable to EzyManager 5 users who are getting a Runtime error 20535 when using the software. This error relates to missing library (.dll) and ocx files needed for printing reports.

Installing Crystal Files
  1. Click on the Download button (above) and download the crystal.exe file to your computer's desktop.
  2. Execute the crystal.exe file (double-click on the icon on your desktop). (Help)
    MicroSoft® Windows 7 or above users: Before you execute the crystal.exe file, right-click it and select Run as Administrator. If a Security Warning box appears, click the Run button.
  3. When the program starts, change the Unzip to folder directory to the default directory for your Microsoft® Windows version (refer table).

    Microsoft® Windows Version Directory
    Microsoft® Windows 7 and above c:\Windows\SysWOW64
    Microsoft® Windows XP or Vista c:\Windows\System32
    Microsoft® Windows NT or 2000 c:\Winnt\System32
    Microsoft® Windows 95, 98 & ME c:\Windows\System

  4. Click the Run WinZip button. This will copy the missing files into your Windows directory which will clear up the Runtime error 20535 error.
